Application open for Academy of Fellows 2017 competition
The Rice University Academy of Fellows is now accepting applications for the 2017 competition. Applications are due January 9, 2017, and are made directly through riceacademy.rice.edu and jobs.rice.edu. The RUAF fosters intellectual exchange and advancement of research through the creation of an interdisciplinary community of faculty and postdoctoral fellows. These postdocs receive stipends of $60,000, which is partially ($40K) paid for by a release of restricted funds from the endowment. Last year five postdoc fellows and four affiliates were hired in the Academy’s inaugural year. For the 2017 competition, we seek to fill ten postdoc fellow lines with talented postdocs.
