Rice chemical engineering ranks 26 in US News best graduate programs

Marks the 14th year in a row in the top 30.

Chemical engineering at Rice dropped three places to 26th among the nation’s top graduate programs in the 2022 U.S. News and World Report ranking.

This marks the 14th year in a row in which Rice’s chemical engineering program has placed in the top 30 in the category of “Best Graduate Schools (Engineering, Chemical).”

The annual assessment is based on evaluations by faculty at peer engineering schools.
